He’s a magnet of a cat, so charming he even sleeps adorably, flat on his back with his legs up and his paws curled in; but then our 1 ½ year old Dane’s just as beguiling when he’s awake — he’s alert, intelligent, lavishly handsome and utterly intrigued — with you. (Oh yes, he’s affectionate, too; he’ll rub his face over you with abandon, and you’ll only ask for more.) His silky tiger and white fur’s as enticing as his attention, you’ll need to sink your fingers in, no permission needed. Dane’s gentle and well-mannered, a fine choice for kids and other cats; he’s currently surrounded by females in his big cage (just friends mind you, he’s neutered) and all’s well. The Greenwood Humane Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to the compassionate care and protection of animals.
