Pets of the Week December 16, 2013

Olivia
Named after the character “Ol’-livia” from The Color Purple, this Olivia’s deep amber eyes express the spirit of an old soul. Her eyes will warm your heart and her cuter-than-cute underbite will make you smile. This 2-yr Boston Terrier mix is a coy girl for sure. Her idea of play is to shyly stay just out of reach for a few moments, then leaping forward asking for and giving kisses galore. Olivia’s house-ready, enjoys leash walks, and loves dogs and people of all ages. Meet this sweet girl who’s ready to share yuletide joy with a loving family.

Miss Priss
Your touch is a luxury she seems to have missed forever, but then a lady of 10 years understands the value of a fine caress and returns it in purr-force, with a gracious head-butt, an emphatic face-rub and a cheery thank-you chirp. “Miss Priss” is anything but standoffish; never was a more appreciative or affectionate stray found. She comes when you call her, quick to join in a juicy conversation and revel in all things social, a blast of a companion who knows how to get along with other cats, and keep a nice box too. Meet our oh-so-pleasant Miss Priss and take her home for Christmas; you’ll feel warm every time you remember you brought her in from the cold, and every moment she shows you her endless gratitude.
