He’s as gloriously good looking a Border Collie as you’ll find. At 5 years old, Alamo’s full of health and vitality, and displays all the loyalty and intelligence his breed is known for — without the hyperactivity. Alamo is house-trained, easy-going and affectionate with kids, and cats are fine too, but he needs to be your “only dog.” Keenly responsive and eager to please, he’ll run to your side when you call him, and he’s great on a leash as well.

Her personality is as animated as her coat is quiet; she’ll roll on her back so you can rub her stomach without further ado, even if there’s been no ado at all. At one-year-young Tatum’s a full-grown little cat girl, happy to spend time with her roommate and keep the tidy cage they’re known for. But her true fascination is with YOU, in fact she’s so excited to “friend you” she wears herself out; purr-blasting and rubbing away, with a witty meow sound thrown in at intervals to let you know she’s listening.

The Greenwood Humane Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to the compassionate care and protection of animals.

Their purpose is to give sanctuary to abandoned, abused, and neglected animals, provide education to the public on responsible and humane pet ownership, encourage the public to spay and neuter their pets by providing low cost surgery, and encourage adoptions of those animals placed in their care.
