Pets of the Week September 12, 2016

patronGet ready for the good times because there’s no bigger ball of furry feline fun than Patrón. This pewter colored, 4 month old is full of comedic acts, whether it’s practicing his professional toy juggling skills, vying for your affection with his sweet, soft purr, or tapping his little paw on your shoulder to say, “Hey, let’s play!” The laughs will abound with Patrón around and there’s no need to worry about the fun coming to an end. Spend a mere few minutes with him and you’ll see why.

hunterWith his good ol’ boy doggie humor and flirtatious grin, 52 lb. Hunter is the life of every party. As for the guys, they all want to be his best bud, admiring his athleticism, trim physique, and jokester personality. He is the guy who everyone wants for their best friend. Meet Hunter and be prepared that he’ll capture your heart.

Fright Night, 2011

While I did not think Fright Night needed a remake, I was pleasantly surprised by this modernization of a classic vampire film.

With the newer version, we get a believable scenario of a vampire’s hunting ground, an update on the horror movie host, a more ferocious vampire, I just really liked the update.

Anton Yelchin played Charlie Brewster very well. From this “loser” kid who got in with the popular crowd who diched his quirky friends to manning up to fight Jerry Dandridge, Yelchin gave a wonderful performance.

TL;DR Fun Action Romp. The Mechanic is a bit of a Gary Stu character, but stuff blowed up real good
